With over 20 years of experience in business management and human resources, Diana is passionate about making life easier for busy families.
A North Shore native and mom of two, her entrepreneurial journey began with her own need for work-life balance. Relying on household help to manage a growing career and family, she saw how transformative such support could be. This inspired her to co-found The Helping Hand with Sarah, providing relief to families facing similar challenges.

Sarah Boaz,
Co-Founder
Originally from Revelstoke, B.C., her journey began in childcare as a teenager and deepened during her time as an ECE in Vancouver. Wanting to do more, she began offering services as a mother’s helper.
As demand for her compassionate and reliable care grew, Sarah saw an opportunity to turn her passion into a business. Having worked for Diana as a mother’s helper, the two developed a strong bond and shared vision. Now, as partners, they provide personalized, trustworthy support to families in the Lower Mainland.
Together with Diana, she’s dedicated to supporting families with professional, reliable services.
